Addressing the doctors’ protest dhrna Sunil Dimple held the union central BJP govt that after thew abrogation of article 370 and demolition of the state in union territory no honorarium of the doctors was increased in last seven years and not single BDS dental surgeons were appointed in last fourteen year in jammu Kashmir hospitals.
He held the central govt, medical council of india responsible for the present worst condition of all the doctors, MBBS, BDS, BAMS, paramedical staff and bad conditions of all the GMC medical colleges in Jammu and Kashmir.
Dimple appealed to the LG, CM, J&K GOVT to call the striking employees, hold talks and resolve the strike, as patients are suffering.
Dimple assured all doctors medical staff that their demands of MBBS, BDS, BAMS will be sorted out in 2026-27.
Dimple assured in case of any delay in recruitment in increase of honorarium we will call for jammu band in support of doctors, paramedical staff and the worst conditions of the medical colleges infrastructures.

Dimple urged CM Omar Abdullah, Sakeena itto health minister to concede the demanded immediately and in the cabinet meeting and in the assembly session, increase the salaries and permanently recruitment of all the j&k dr MBBS, BDS dental surgeons, BAMs, NHM Doctors and create more post.
Dimple also appealed to doctors to call off strikes as the patient; general public is badly suffering, coming from other district hospitals.
Dimple assured that he will personally take up matter with LG Manoj sinaha, chief minister Omar Abdulla , and education health minister Sakeena itto to resolve the issues.
Dimple also demanded two and half day salaries of paramedical staff
