J&K Pradesh Mahila Congress President Raises Urgent Public Concerns addressed a press conference in Srinagar

Shameema Raina, President of the J&K Pradesh Mahila Congress, addressed a press conference in Srinagar, bringing attention to several critical issues affecting the public, including the Ram Mandir Chanda Chori, the “Chhatron Ki Goonj” initiative, the alleged assault on Muslim journalists in Delhi, and the demand for justice in the rape and murder case of a minor girl from the ST community in Chatroo, Kishtwar.Expressing deep concern over the Kishtwar case, Shameema Raina urged the administration to promptly identify and ensure the punishment of the culprits in accordance with the law.

She emphasized the necessity of a fair, impartial, and time-bound investigation to deliver justice to the victim and her family.

Highlighting the continued commitment of the J&K Pradesh Mahila Congress, Raina reaffirmed the organization’s resolve to persistently raise matters of public importance and advocate for the rights, dignity, justice, and welfare of the people.

“Our priority is to ensure that justice is served swiftly and transparently. We stand firmly with the victims and their families and will continue to raise our voices against injustice,” said Shameema Raina.
