Under the leadership of J&K Mahila Congress President Shamima Raina, members of the Mahila Congress held a public protest against the theft of donations at Ram mandir, condemning the act as unforgivable by the nation.
The protest took place at Lal Chowk, Srinagar, where the group voiced strong opposition to those involved in stealing donations meant for public welfare.
The demonstrators emphasized that such unethical actions betray public trust and harm the community’s spirit.Shamima Raina, speaking at the gathering, stated, “The country will not forgive the donation thieves.
Those who exploit the generosity of the people for personal gain must be held accountable.”The Mahila Congress members urged authorities to take strict action against the perpetrators to restore faith and ensure transparency in handling public contributions.
